Course Description

1-1 Shinayaka Step Lesson

Session 1: You will learn will learn and master the basic "Shinayaka Step" ♫ for the first part of the song. (50 min)

Session 2: You will learn and master the basic "Shinayaka Step" ♫ for the second part of the song. (50 min)

Note: For the sessions, please bring a Japanese Uchiwa fan which will be used as a prop during the dance.

The supple footwork you learn will greatly enhance your charm ♡

After, the student can do the one minute dance with a special understanding of the foot work.

1-2 Shinayaka Method Lesson

Session 1: Highly recommended for those who want to acquire beautiful posture and a flowing, graceful manner. (50 min)

Session 2: We will do exercises that lead to beautiful photography and posing through body usage. (50 min)

Please master these to become a graceful person ♡

Note: Only the method is taught with no dance and using intermittent music for guidance that is not the dance course music.

1-3 Shinayaka Dance Lesson (Using the method and dance together)

Session 1: We connect the Shinayaka Method to the Shinayaka Dance. You will be able to perform the one minute dance well using the unique method of FullmyBijin Academy. Elegant and charming gestures will make you shine and feel happy. (50 min)

Session 2: This will be the finishing touch to the dance in which you dance by yourself. I will guide you to help perfect the dance while you enjoy the fun of expressing yourself to the music. Here you will have finally mastered the dance using the FullmyBijin Academy method. (50 min)
